Activio is the new and revolutionary concept for heart rate based group training. Today, heart rate based training is a proven concept that your members can understand and easily relate to.
Activio offers a unique solution that is proven to be highly valuable and has directly improved membership attraction, motivation and loyalty in over 250 clubs throughout Europe.
During a class, your members wear an Activio chest belt and their heart rate data is wirelessly transmitted from the belt and anonymously presented on an individual Intensity Meter on a large screen.
Members simply identify their own Intensity Meter on the screen which presents feedback on how hard they are actually working. Each Intensity Meter is divided into five zones based upon the percentage of maximum heart rate ranging from White for Warm Up to Red for Maximum Exertion.
The Activio System is a highly motivational and effective concept for everyone from beginners to advanced members, providing each member with a unique workout experience and is a valuable tool in determining the correct exertion level to deliver their optimum training results.
